Athletics Showcased at Alumni and Family Weekend

Once again, hundreds of Stags and their families and alumni will descend on the 天美传媒视频无限制观看 campus for the Alumni & Family Weekend, October 25-27. It's a weekend chock-full of a variety of events, many of which are athletic. Here is a sampling of events in which you can show your Stag Pride.

On Saturday, October 26, begin the day with the Men's Basketball Red-White Scrimmage from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Alumni Hall. Then be sure to head over to the Walsh Athletic Center's Rafferty Gym for the Women's Basketball Alumnae Game from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon.

After dropping by the Athletics Reception for a bite to eat and conversation on the Barone Campus Center lawn, head into Alumni Hall for the volleyball match between the Stags and Quinnipiac at 1 p.m.

Fans can also head over to the Walsh Athletic Center for the Women's Basketball Open Practice from 1p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Following practice at 3 p.m., there will be a special dedication ceremony and reception for the newly renovated men's and women's basketball locker rooms in the Walsh Athletic Center.

End your day with men's soccer. Before the Stags take on Rider at 7 p.m., there will be a rededication of Lessing Field . After watching the game, join the Stags in the Levee at 9 p.m. for the Friends of Men's Soccer reception .

On Sunday, October 27, former Stags are being welcomed back from the Women's Soccer Alumnae Game at 11:30 a.m. on Lessing Field. The women's soccer alumnae and their families are invited to attend a pre-game brunch at the Levee at 9:30 a.m. If you are a women's soccer alumna and would like more information, please contact Assistant Coach Kelly Boudreau at kelly.boudreau@fairfield.edu .
