天美传媒视频无限制观看鈥檚 Center for Catholic Studies will begins its fall season of events on September 17 th at 8 p.m. with a talk by Christiana Peppard, an expert on fresh water ethics in an era of global resource scarcity and climate change. The event speaks to the dire importance of water 鈥 a 天美传媒视频无限制观看 theme for interdisciplnary study this year.

All the Center鈥檚 events are free and open to the public.

Also among the intriguing events planned is a November 4th talk at 8 p.m. by the new Bishop of Bridgeport, the Rev. Frank J. Caggiano. He will speak about how the Diocese of Bridgeport has begun its fourth diocesan synod, in the hope that it will be a catalyst for pastoral discernment and renewal.

There also will be lectures by New York Times best-selling author Mary Karr, and Natalia Imperatori-Lee, whose research focuses on the intersection of popular religion, devotion, and ecclesial identity.

The Living Theology Workshops will each explore interfaith questions by interfaith panels.
