Glee Club Hits the Road with Quick Center Concert May 4

The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ÊÓƵÎÞÏÞÖƹۿ´ Glee Club, produced by Carole Ann Maxwell, D.S.M. will present their annual Pops Concert, Glee Hits the Road , on May 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts. The concert will feature performances from the Glee Band, Pops Band, Sweet Harmony and The Bensonians. The program will feature music from Keane, Bruce Springsteen, Adele, David Bowie and many more.

The Glee Club will open the evening with a Best of the Beach Boys arrangement and will continue the night’s performance with Guns N’ Roses’ Welcome to the Jungle , The Rolling Stones’ Beast of Burden and Adele’s Chasing Pavements . Other selections include David Bowie’s Space Oddity, Bruce Springsteen’s Born to Run, John Lennon and Paul McCartney’s The Long and Winding Road and Sara Bareilles’ Many the Miles.

The Glee Club will be accompanied by The Pops Band, consisting of San Arcamone on guitar, Mike Nunno on bass and Anthony DeQuattro on drums, and The Glee Band, consisting of Robby Schwartz on keyboard, Daniel Horstmann on percussion, Marcus DeSouto on bass, Seamus Barrett on guitar with Stan Grunder on tenor sax, Jenny Schwartz on Trombone and Chris Finelli on trumpet.
