ATD Chapter Info Session- February 23rd

The Association for Talent Development (ATD), the leading association for learning and development professionals, will be introduced to 天美传媒视频无限制观看 on Tuesday, February 23 at 6 p.m. in Alumni House. The goal of the Association is to provide a local forum in which learning and development professionals can enhance their knowledge of the field, share best practices and build relationships with colleagues.

To introduce the chapter to prospective student members, ATD Southern Connecticut Chapter President, Ross Tartell, will be joined by alumni from Fairfield's Graduate School of Education and Allied Professions (GSEAP) for a round table conversation about the goals of the chapter and what the Association can offer Fairfield students. Tartell, an executive coach with years of experience working with employees to develop them through talent management, will share his insight about the field and answer questions from the audience.

Through scholarships and services, ATD provides opportunities geared toward students pursuing master's and doctoral degrees in learning聽and development-related fields.聽Students who wish to learn more about career options and who are pursuing studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychology, and Business should attend the event. "This is an ideal opportunity for Fairfield students to network with professionals in the field of talent development and assume leadership roles in the Fairfield Chapter to add to their resumes," said Dr. Paul Maloney, assistant professor of Psychology.
