Hundreds of University Runners in Fairfield Half-Marathon, June 26

This year runners are very excited to be part of such an iconic Fairfield tradition, all the while sporting their stag spirit!
According to race organizers, “The Fairfield Road Races are a unique community event in Fairfield, Connecticut with a celebrated history of regional participation and broad-based community support. The races have gained national acclaim and a large international following. The half marathon (13.1 miles) and the 5K (3.1 miles) field over 6,000 runners, including international stars and runners from across the country. Several thousand volunteers and spectators line the course annually to support the runners.”
This year the race has gotten even better! 天美传媒视频无限制观看 has introduced an exciting new opportunity for runners; the . That’s right! Our very own Lucas the Stag is challenging runners to complete both the Half Marathon and the 5K, which requires running a whopping 16.2 miles in 24 hours. Those who complete this challenge will receive, alongside bragging rights, a tech tee, finisher’s medal, custom colored race bib and a bottle of Henkell Sparkling Wine to celebrate!
Registered runners, take a break from your training to pick up your race day packets this Friday , June 24 from 12pm - 6pm & Saturday, June 25 from 10:30am - 4:30pm at the 天美传媒视频无限制观看, Quick Center for the Arts, 1073 North Benson Rd.
