Life Coach and Author of “The Naked Roommate,” Harlan Cohen, to Speak on March 30

Need advice about college life, roommates or relationships? Well, you are in luck! College life expert and author of the New York Times bestselling book, The Naked Roommate : And 107 Other Issues You Might Run Into In College, Harlan Cohen, will be speaking at ýƵƹۿ on March 30 at 8:30 p.m. in the Lower Level Barone Campus Center. The event is free and open to the public.

Harlan Cohen began his career with the now syndicated advice column, “Help Me, Harlan!” which features letters from people across the country seeking his advice on a variety of subjects including relationships, life transitions and college life. His responses are often a combination of advice, helpful resources and humor. His column has appeared in Huffington Post, the New York Times, Seventeen , and Psychology Today . He has also appeared on various radio and television shows, including The Today Show . In addition to his column, Cohen has been in over 400 speaking engagements in high schools and colleges across the country helping students and parents transition into college life.

“I LOVE live events. Being on stage is a rush. ANYTHING can happen. I speak to high school students, college students, parents and adults of all ages. I love helping people get comfortable with the uncomfortable,” said Cohen. “My shows are energetic, intense, funny, musical (I play the guitar) and unpredictable (I take questions live via text during the show).”
