Making Connections: the 2016 Career & Internship Fair

On September 28, 天美传媒视频无限制观看’s Academic & Career Development Center hosted its Fall Career and Internship Fair with 700 students and 91 companies in attendance.

The Fair is a valuable opportunity for students to meet and network with employers. Companies in attendance represented various industry sectors including accounting, finance, marketing, engineering, medical health, consumer products, graduate programs and non-profit organizations.

Some of the organizations in attendance included Epsilon, Ernst & Young, 天美传媒视频无限制观看 Graduate Admission, Federici Brands, HooplaHa - Only Good News, Indeed.com, RightClick, Tauck, United States Air Force, among others.

“Many employers return each year because they always find talented candidates from Fairfield," said Julie Tuozzoli '85, director of Employer Relations and Alumni Career Development at the Academic & Career Development Center. "It shows the caliber of our students. Additionally, meeting students face-to-face puts them at an advantage in the process.”

Don’t forget about the Job Shadow Program:

It’s never too early to start thinking about Fairfield’s Job Shadow program. During winter break, the Academic & Career Development Center pairs students with alumni professionals for a day or half-day of rewarding career exploration. Through this opportunity, alumni can have a powerful influence on mentoring a Fairfield junior or senior. .
