Fairfield Moves to Next Stage in Presidential Search
In late 2016, 天美传媒视频无限制观看, in partnership with consultants Russell Reynolds Associates, officially begin its search to identify the ninth President of the institution. The search committee has worked through a three-phased approach and has successfully completed phases one and two. Phase one focused on collecting extensive feedback from the campus community and phase two included the review, outreach and selection of qualified prospects. While Russell Reynolds will continue to review any applications or nominations for consideration, the Search Committee is now moving into the third and final phase, the interview and selection process.
Last week, the Search Committee met and discussed over three dozen prospects from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. These prospects were identified by Russell Reynolds as the top candidates who surfaced from hundreds of applicants and inquiries. From this pool, the Committee selected 10 candidates to meet during the first round of interviews scheduled for later this month.
"We look forward to sharing the results of this first round of interviews," said Andrew McMahon '89, P'13,'19, Search Committee Chair and Member of the Board of Trustees.
