Pre-Register for Alumni & Family Weekend, Oct. 20 -22

Food trucks, wine and beer garden, live music, Lil' Stags Zone, and more! Don't miss AFW '17!

Alumni and Family Weekend is a Fairfield tradition that offers a variety of fun activities and special events for students, alumni and families alike for one weekend every fall. The weekend is always filled with events to entertain visitors of all ages. This year's Alumni and Family weekend will also include the inauguration of Fairfield’s 9 th President, Mark R. Nemec, PhD.

Campus departments have collaborated to create a unique schedule that offers current students more time to share their experiences with their families, that gives alumni opportunities to reconnect and network, and offers everyone the opportunity to gather and enjoy a great time at StagFest. StagFest will include food trucks, live music from alumni band The Adults , Lil' Stags Zone, petting zoo, and a wine and beer garden. Food truck participants include Caseus Cheese Truck, Colony Grill, Dogtown, Flipside Burgers & Bar, Freshii, Garden Catering, Granola Bar, Local Meatball, Micalizzi’s Italian Ice, Milford Soft Serve, Nom Eez, Old Post Tavern, Popcentric, Source Coffeebus, Sugar Bakery, Super Duper Weenie, and Taco Loco.

In addition to StagFest, AFW will have Rugby Fest, Glee Club Concert, The Evasons-Mentalist Duo, The Solo Circus, brunch in the new Tully Dining Commons, academic events, athletic events, alumni forums, and more!

The weekend will also feature the official ribbon cutting and blessing of the new state-of-the-art Marion Peckham Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies.

A new addition to the weekend is the Stags Pep Rally where the University community is invited to join members of our varsity athletic teams, coaches, and administrators as we officially kick of the 2017-18 athletic season! There will be special performances by our cheer and dance teams with remarks by Dr. Mark R. Nemec.

Come see for yourself. Reconnect. Enjoy. Network. Don't miss this year's #AFW17!
