Designed to offer students an exceptional academic approach to international study, recent graduates now have the opportunity for scholarly pursuits never before offered in the international setting.

The new Postbaccalaureate International program is designed to further develop aptitude in specific academic disciplines, provide an international perspective on the subject matter, and offer an immersive experience in Italy.
“For students who missed the opportunity to study abroad over the past year due to Covid-19, there are still possibilities for valuable international experiences that you can take advantage of even after graduation. With careful planning and intentionality, a program abroad can help you advance your career options as well as your choices for graduate study,” said Associate Vice Provost of Global Strategies Jennifer Ewald.
Students in the new Postbaccalaureate International program can choose an academic focus area including art/art history; communication; English/literature; health/nutrition; history/humanities; Italian language/studies; international business/management/marketing; international studies/leadership/social justice.
Committed to preparing Fairfield students for an increasingly competitive global market, the new program offers students the opportunity to participate in a full-time or part-time internship, allowing them to hone professional skills while enhancing their résumés with a dynamic international work experience.
Students can also apply coursework toward a master’s degree within the following academic focus areas: creative writing; fashion retail, merchandising and media; health and wellness studies; international education; organizational management for international hospitality; project design and visual media. The pathways to graduate studies at 天美传媒视频无限制观看 include Master of Arts (MA) programs in communication and interior design, a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program in creative writing, and a Master of science (MS) program in management. Up to six credits taken in Florence may transfer back to these graduate-level programs at Fairfield.
