The four-team, double-elimination tournament begins on Wednesday, May 26.
More information regarding the 2021 MAAC Championship, including a complete bracket and schedule, will be available on following the conclusion of the MAAC quarterfinals on Saturday. Next week's games will be open to the public. A capacity crowd is expected inside the venue; fans are welcome to bring their own chairs and sit beyond the outfield wall.
Earlier in the week, Fairfield Baseball collected multiple All-MAAC awards. Most notably, Mike Caruso ’21 was tabbed as MAAC Player of the Year, and Bryson Cafaro ’21 was selected as MAAC Relief Pitcher of the Year. In addition, Head Coach Bill Currier garnered MAAC Coach of the Year laurels for the third time in a decade at the helm of the Stags. Caruso was also one of five All-MAAC First Team honorees, while Cafaro was a part of an All-MAAC Second Team trio. on all of the Stags’ All-MAAC selections.
