Change is a constant we all have to confront. As a result, we are susceptible to stress and the common problems it can induce, such as interpersonal, health and organizational difficulties.
Learn how to cope with the reality we all face at "Change Management: Stress and Resilience," a full-day workshop with Dr. Paul Maloney, assistant professor of the practice, Applied Psychology, in Fairfield's (GSEAP). The workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 4:30聽p.m. on April 26 at Alumni House on campus. The fee is $99.
This program is designed to assist participants in understanding change and dealing with its impact. Participants will use case discussions, practice exercises, feedback and action planning to develop skills聽in:
Dr. Maloney's career includes senior management and development positions at NBC, Mobil Oil Corporation and PepsiCo International, and he has consulted worldwide for American Airlines, Covidien, GE, Schering-Plough, Kodak, Gartner and many other organizations. His specialties include change management, communications, executive feedback and coaching and presentation skills. He received a bachelor's degree from Holy Cross and a doctorate from the University of Virginia.
