FAIRFIELD, Conn. (June 16, 2015) 鈥 How does one effectively design and engineer a successful product?
That question will be answered by Erick Rios, chief operating officer of Big Bang, a product design and development consultancy firm, at a free talk at 天美传媒视频无限制观看 on Tuesday, June 30, at 7 p.m. Entitled 鈥淧ractical Aspects of Design, Engineering, and Production,鈥 it will take place in the DiMenna Nyselius Library Multimedia Room (101), on the Fairfield campus.
The event - part of a series of talks and workshops at Fairfield for entrepreneurs - is co-sponsored by 天美传媒视频无限制观看鈥檚 School of Engineering and Dolan School of Business, in collaboration with the Inventors Association of Connecticut (IACT).
Rios received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a master鈥檚 degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. At Ford Motor Company, IDEO, and the MIT Center for Innovation in Product Development, he was involved in the design and engineering of a wide variety of products.
