For our alumni, Fairfield will always be home—these are some of the quintessential people, places and things that capture their Stag Country memories.
1. Cheapies
“Absolutely the best thing on earth with three types of cheese on a hard roll with mayo.” $1.50 for a sandwich that good? Maybe we should bring these back….
2. Game Days
Alumni can still hear the echoes of victory and fanfare from Rafferty Stadium, Alumni Hall, or Lessing Field. There’s a special feeling that happens when our campus comes together to celebrate the Stags in action.
3. Clam Jam
Music, friends, sun and sand—the annual waterfront concert at the beach is a Stag-favorite.
4. Watching Sunsets from the Point
What’s not to love about being situated on Connecticut’s coast? Whether you’re driving down Fairfield Beach Road, seeing different sunset hues, having a picnic with friends, or falling asleep to the sounds of the lapping water—Fairfield Point can’t be beat.
5. Fall Foliage
No one can deny the beauty of fall in New England, and 天美传媒视频无限制观看 is no exception. There is no better feeling than walking to your first class of the day and seeing the leaves that changed seemingly overnight.
6. Lucas the Stag
Our mascot! He’s always there to give you a high-five or pose for all the photos!
7. The Snowball Dinner Dance
Students danced the night away at the winter semi-formal, which began in 1996.
8. Mock Wedding
Who doesn’t love a beach wedding? A waterfront mock wedding happens when two Stags pretend to tie the knot—it started in the '90s and is still a student favorite today.
9. Pres Ball
Nothing kicks off the academic year better than FUSA’s Annual Presidential Ball! On the lawn of Fairfield's iconic Bellarmine Hall, students dressed in semi-formal attire love this night of music, food, and dancing amongst friends.
10. "The Stag" Newspaper
Some of you know it as “The Stag”, some of you know it as “The Mirror”, but we all know it as a way to stay up to date with campus news! The campus newspaper is for students, by students and many of our alumni still read every week.
11. Rides Around Stag Country
It's hard to forget the sights and scenes of Stag Country whether taking the Stag Bus shuttle, riding electric scooters to class, or enjoying casual "windows-down" drives with friends.
12. Daily Mass at Egan Chapel
Some of the most missed moments by alumni are the quiet, reflective ones—many of which we enjoyed in the beauty and comfort of the Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius of Loyola, surrounded by our peers celebrating Mass together.
13. Afternoons on the Quad
After four years here, alumni recall those early days, playing spikeball, cornhole, doing homework, or just enjoying each other's company and the weather in the quad with friends
Alumni & Family Weekend is a Fairfield tradition that offers a variety of fun activities and special events for students, alumni, and families alike for one weekend every fall. Friends are sure to enjoy all Fairfield has to offer during this can’t-miss weekend!
