Temporary Housing

The primary difference between Temporary Housing and Summer Housing is in their start dates and locations. Summer housing officially begins on May 26, with students living in Townhouses or Apartments on campus. For individuals in need of earlier move-ins, a limited number of temporary housing options are available at a rate of $75 per day. This temporary housing is situated in traditional residential halls with shared bedrooms. Importantly, residents in temporary housing must make the transition to their assigned official summer housing on May 26.

Temporary housing is in traditional halls due to the time needed to clean, repair, and refresh the townhouses and apartments from the academic year use before summer occupancy.

Each residence hall has one communal kitchen per building. Additionally, there is a microwave-fridge combo in each room.

No, you must relocate to the residence hall assigned for temporary housing.
